Great Software - New Suggestion

I just wanted to say that this software is very nice. If you are looking for suggestions for future releases, It would be great if you parsed out the location and for sale dollar amounts in the For Sale areas that have them.

Let me know if you ever create a affiliate program, I will be the first to sign up.

Sorry Lana and Jason, but the first time both of you purchased those accounts the demand was high, but NOT as demanding as it's become in the recent weeks. Great Service for 50 Accounts

I recently purchased a 10 pack from you and it took a couple of days but the accounts worked so I decided I will try my luck again with 50. Seems like when I purchased more I got better service, but I got the accounts instantly even thought I read somewhere I had to wait 2 days...Thank you very very much again!

I have to admit...when I purchased your Ver. Accounts I expected more. I made the purchase on a Sunday afternoon and recieved the email with the accounts that evening. HOwever they simply do not forward to my email. At this point (4 days later)I still have not recieved a product that works as advertised. I have to assume it was a waste of my funds at this point.
I CAN NOT endorse your company to any of my 120 employees.
At this point I am still waiting on some sort of customer service.

CEO if you are the same customer I think you are. I have sent this to you in an email.

We have setup the forwarding to your email. Out of the 1000 of accounts we have delivered you are the only customer saying you are not getting emails. I have personally tripled check the emails and the forwarding address and everything matches. My only advice is:

1. send us another email to use.
2. maybe its going to your gmail spam or its blocked
3. put another email in your ad.

The accounts are working because you are posting, and we definitely setup the forward correctly.

Update on CraigslistExtractor

Ok, I got the software to open. I am running Vista, so after I extracted all files, I have to right click the .exe and open as ADMINISTRATOR and the file opens.

I am running the software right now. If there is an issue with extracting and saving to xcel, I will post.

Missing Files

We have got complaints of missing files. Our software only uses Microsoft Files that "should" already be on your computer. However the two major files that seem to not be working properly are. 1. MSCOMCTL.OCX and 2. RICHTX32.OCX.

We will be posting these files up shortly on the site for download, but in the meantime if anyone is getting errors with these missing files, please email us and we can send if they are not on the website.

Once again these are Microsoft files that if you have MS Access and other MS Office products you WILL have this file on your computer.

New 48hr Posting Rule - Phone Verification

Sorry Michael for the delay, but we now phone verify every credit card transaction for security and chargback prevention. We have tried to call several times to verify your purchase.

Also Craigslist just implement a new rule in the creation of verified phone accounts where the new accounts must have a post made within 48hrs of being made. Therefore we do not send out the list in 48hrs like we used to because usualy we created acounts weeks in advance. Thanks again!

I bought the craigslistextractor today and am trying to extract emails from the housing/apts section. The demo works very well, but the full blown software does not extract ANYTHING. As soon as I start it and select a city- any city, it just stays at 0 and says "Finished" right away.
Please provide support asap.

Nothing Extracted Using Demo

I am using the DEMO and trying to extract emails from the "real estate for sale" section but nothing gets extracted. The other housing sub-categories as well as the other categories find emails to extract but not "real estate for sale". I want to be sure I can get the information I need before buying the full blown product!

I can not import my emails for the Mass CL Emailer

When I try to import the emails from a CSV file this this what the error report says:

Error: in the line: 'sale-907372523@craigslist.org',NULL

Wonderfull, the best marketing tool EVER. Author is a genius...

I have spend HOURS and HOURS responding to craigs list ads. It was all basicaly the same response over and over.. 'Hi, I saw your ad and Etc. Etc.

This software has increased my sales volume TENFOLD at least AND I do it in 1/10th the time. If you are thinking about buying this software, you should not need to think very long. A bargain at twice the price.

demo not working

i've tried downloading, extracting, then running the demo several times but it won't run. I get an error saying that the .exe doesn't have the necessary permissions to run under the logged in user. however, the user account i am logged in under has full admin rights as the owner, and i've never had this problem with any other software. please help. (i sent you a support ticket also).

AVG antivirus thinks the demo's .exe file is a trojan. I added the file to the safe list and it was able to run successfully.

the craigslist extractor is no longer working even if you update the new url codes. it has something to do with the email formatting. If you pull only private emails instead of @craigslist.org then you get findings but if you select @craigslist.org box then you get nothing past may 17 2009. how do we fix this?? thanks

Submitted a ticket requesting my upgrade and still have not been answered...as a matter of fact, it hasn't even been opened.

This is my second ticket I also called the number listed on the site.

Get it together guys, hire a customer service person, or accept the fact that you can't keep up with your service requests and stop taking people's money for a product you can't support.

Criagslist now hides their emails behind CAPTCHA codes... the craigslist email extractor NO LONGER WORKS ON CRAIGSLIST EMAIL ADDRESSES

Captcha for Reply To

Not all categories have the re-captcha method to get the reply to email. For those categories that DO NOT have the re-captcha the craigslistextractor software still works perfectly fine.

Currently there is NO work around getting any email address with the re-captcha system.

We are still working on new updates and other solutions for this, as Craigslist may in the future make all categories have the re-captcha settings.

I submitted several "tickets" since November 2009 and have yet to hear back from support. If you are considering purchasing these products from this website, then my advice at least until I hear back from Support (it is now February 16, 2010) to NOT Purchase ANYTHING from this website.
