sends individual email to multiple addresses based on data in Excel worksheets. It supports both plain text and HTML mail.
To get started, all you need is a list of email addresses on a worksheet & the text or HTML of the email you want to send.
This tool works within Excel 97 - 2007 for Windows. It integrates directly with your POP3/SMTP or Exchange email server or directly with Outlook. For example, it will work with Gmail, AOL, SBC, and Yahoo accounts (and many others.)

- Send email in both text & html formats from a worksheet.
- Create an individual email for each email address on your worksheet.
- Mail-merge up to 50 information fields using data on your worksheet.
- Automatically skip specific email addresses.
- Use “Test mode” for configuration and testing your email
- Save multiple email templates for later use.
- Include file attachments with your email messages.
- Works with html files created using MS Word (and other standard HTML files as well.)
- Optionally write send results back to your worksheet.
- Works with spreadsheets exported from QuickBooks!

This screenshot shows the text version of the email. You can import a text or HTML file into this tab. If you import HTML, it is automatically cleaned up leaving only the text portions of the file. You can also import an HTML file into a similar control on the HTML email body tab:
